RESOLUTION NO.7 3„ 3 912
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT A TOTAL
COST OF $89,556 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF $9,081.60 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MOTOR POOL
NO. 1 - TRUCK PAINT SHOP ADDITION - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 22, 1973
between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction, Inc.,
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
ments certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. for the construction of MOTOR POOL NO. 1 -
TRUCK PAINT SHOP ADDITION - 1973 at a total cost of $89,556
is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Biscayne Construc-
tion, Inc. a balance of $9,081.60 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in con-
nection with the construction of MOTOR POOL NO. 1 - TRUCK
