A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED OCTOBER
23, 1973 OF PRE -CAST SPECIALTIES, INC. FOR THE
FURNISHING AND DELIVERING OF SIXTEEN 45 FOOT
CONCRETE POLES FOR THE CITY -OWNED PARKING LOTS -
LIGHTING MATERIALS - MIAMI BASEBALL STADIUM -
1973 AT AN ESTIMATED
THE AMOUNT OF $2,957
"CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
AND DIRECTING THAT A
THEREFOR.
COST OF $2,640; ALLOCATING
FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED
FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS";
PURCHASE ORDER BE ISSUED
WHEREAS, bids were received on October 23, 1973 for
furnishing and delivering sixteen 45 fott Concrete Poles for
CITY -OWNED PARKING LOTS - LIGHTING MATERIALS - MIAMI BASEBALL
STADIUM - 1973, and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $2,640 are available
for allocation from the account entitled "Capital Improvement
Fund - Unallocated Funds", and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Pre -
Cast Specialties, Inc. is the only bid, and it is acceptable,
and recommends that said bid be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Pre -Cast Specialties, Inc. re-
ceived October 23, 1973 for CITY-OGVNED PARKING LOTS - LIGHTING
MATERIALS - MIAMI BASEBALL STADIUM - 1973, namely Item 1 of
Proposal, based on lump sumbid, at a total estimated cost
of $2,640 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a purchase order for the aforementioned
CITY -OWNED PARKING LOTS - LIGHTING MATERIALS - MIAMI BASEBALL

STADIUM 1973.
