A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED OCTOBER
16, 1973 OF SAM CLARK & ASSOCIATES, INC. IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $87,000 FOR THE ORANGE BOWL -
SPIRAL RAMP REPLACEMENT - PHASE III; AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THERE-
FOR
WHEREAS, bids were received October 16, 1973 for the
ORANGE BOWL - SPIRAL RAMP REPLACEMENT - PHASE III; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Sam Clark & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $87,000 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded
to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Sam Clark & Associates, Inc.
received October 16, 1973 for the ORANGE BOWL - SPIRAL RAMP
REPLACEMENT - PHASE III, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on
lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $87,000, be accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami
for the ORANGE BOWL - SPIRAL RAMP REPLACEMENT - PHASE III.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7 day of 73.
