RESOLUTION NO. 73-905
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY THE PENETRYN SYSTEM, INC.
AT A TOTAL COST OF $50,535.02, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF N.E. 10 AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER MODICATIONS - PHASE II - 1972.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 27,
1972 between the City of Miami and The Penetryn System, Inc.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and The Penetryn System, Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager accept the completed
work performed by The Penetryn System, Inc. for the N. E. 10
AVENUE SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS - PHASE II - 1972, at
a total cost of $50,535.02.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay The Penetryn System,
Inc., a balance of $ 5 , 98 3.11 as full and final payment for a l l
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the construction of N.E. 10 AVENUE SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS -
PHASE II - 1972.
