RESOLUTION NO. 73-894
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY M.R. HARRISON CONSTRUCTION
CORP. AT A TOTAL COST OF $99,141.37 AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $15,139.96
FOR THE ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAIN-
TENANCE - S.E. QUADRANT - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 1, 1973
between the City of Miami and M.R. Harrison Construction
Corp.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
M.R. Harrison Construction Corp. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager accept the com-
pleted work performed by M. R. Harrison Construction
Corp. for the construction of ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING
AND MAINTENANCE - S. E. QUADRANT - 1973, at a total
cost of $99,141.37.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The
City of Miami be authorized and directed to pay M. R.
Harrison Construction Corp. a balance of $15,139.96

as full and final payment for all work performed and all
Materials furnished in connection with the construction
of ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE - S. E . QUADRANT -
1973.
