RESOLUTION NO. 73-890
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
USE OF THE PREMISES AT 900 S. W. 26th
ROAD FOR OPERATING AMUSEMENT ACTIVITIES
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF
OF STS. PETER AND PAUL CHURCH IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CERTAIN TERMS AND CON-
DITIONS AND THEREUPON FURTHER AUTHOR-
IZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT TO ISSUE A PERMIT TO THE
STS. PETER AND PAUL CHURCH FOR THE
THREE-DAY PERIOD COMMENCING NOVEMBER 30,
1973 THROUGH DECEMBER 2, 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The temporary use of the premises at
900 S. W. 26th Road in the City of Miami, Florida for
operating amusement activities in conjunction with the
activities of Sts. Peter and Paul Church in accordance
with the limitations hereinafter specified be and the
same is hereby authorized and the Director of the Building
Department may issue a Permit based upon said authorization
to Sts. Peter and Paul Church for the three-day period
commencing November 30, 1973 through December 2, 1973.
Section 2. The following terms and conditions
are required to be performed and maintained:
a. The aforesaid use of the said premises may be
made and the Permit may be issued only after the necessary
licenses, building permit and certificate of occupancy
have been obtained;
b. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the
premises.
c. Small tents shall be permitted on said
premises only to carry on ride activities under said shelter
and for no other purpose.
d. The Director of the Building Department is
authorized to attach any further limitations or conditions
deemed essential for the health and general welfare of the
public.
