A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR
WAIVER OF DEVELOPMENT OF 72 OF 336
REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES,
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
OctII, SECTION 2(6), FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
(1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH CONSTRUCTION OF HUD PROJECT #5-49
ON TRACT "C", "CULMER PARK SUBDIVISION #1"
TENTATIVE PLAT #762-C, LOCATED AT N. E.
CORNER N. W. 7TH AVENUE AND 8TH STREET;
PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATIC ONE (1) YEAR
RENEWAL PERIODS; SITE ZONED C-4 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT AND C-5 (LIBERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, PROPOSED TO BE
REZONED TO R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE)
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board at
its meeting held on October 15, 1973, passed and adopted
by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-213, granting
a waiver of development of 72 of 336 required off-street
parking spaces, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the waiver of 72 of 336 required
off-street parking spaces, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XXIII, Section 2(6), for a period of one (1) year
from the date of issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, in
conjunction with construction of HUD project #5-49 on
Tract "C", "CULMER PARK SUBDIVISION #L" - Tentative Plat
#762-0, located at N.E. corner N. W. 7th Avenue and 8th Street,
providing for automatic renewal periods of one (1) year;
site zoned C-4 (General Commercial) District and C-5 (Liberal
