A RESOLUTION EXTENDING "CONDITIONAL USE"
AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
V, SECTION 1 (6) (c), OF KARKEET SUB-
DIVISION (43-45), IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE OPERATIONS OF MIAMI BEACH AIR
TRANSPORT, INC., BEING THE SOUTH SIDE
OF N. W. 11TH STREET WEST OF LEJEUNE
ROAD, ZONED R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE)
DISTRICT, AS PREVIOUSLY GRANTED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 43155 ON JANUARY 20, 1972,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE CANCELLATION BY
THE CITY COMMISSION IF THE APPLICANT
VIOLATES ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Commission on January 20, 1972,
passed Resolution No. 43155, granting a conditional use as
listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1(6)(c),
to permit off-street parking on Lots 4; 5, 6, and 7, of
KARKEET SUBDIVISION (43-45), in conjunction with the
operations of Miami Beach Air Transport, Inc. being the
south side of N. W. llth Street west of LeJeune Road,
toned R-3 (Low Density Multiple) District; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department reports that there
are no complaints and no traffic or parking problems in
evidence during the site inspections; and
WHEREAS, the Building Department recommends the
continued conditional use to permit off-street parking;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the conditional use as listed
in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1 (6) (c), to

j REMARKS:
permit off-street parking on Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, of
KARKEET SUBDIVISION (43-45), in conjunction with theopperations
of Miami Beach Air Transport, Inc., being the south side
of N. W. llth Street west of LeJeune Road, zoned R-3
(Low Density Multiple) District, be and the same is hereby
continued.
Section 2. The conditional use as granted in
Section 1 above is subject to cancellation by the City Commission
of the City of Miami at such time and in the event that the
applicant violates any of the provisions of the conditional
use granted herein.
