RES OLUTI ON NO.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-193 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OR N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4361
IN N.W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4361.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 22,
1973, Resolution No. 73-193 was passed which ordered a
highway improvement identified as N. W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4361, and
WHEREAS, pprsuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on Sept. 26,1973 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-193,
which resolution ordered N. W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4361, and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is,
therefore, in order for the Commission to confirm said
ordering resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise
for sealed bids for the construction of said Improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 73-193 dated
March 22, 1973 which ordered N. W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-4361 in N. W. 29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4361 is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to

advertise for sealed bids for the construction of N. W.
29 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4361.
