A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINtMENT OF ARNOLD RUBIN
TO THE OFP6STREET PARKING BOARD OF THE CITY OF M I AM I , FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the five-year term of office of Mr. Arnold Rubin, covered
by Off -Street Parking Board Resolution No.68-327 and City Commission Reso-
lution No.40099, will expire on December 2, 1973; and
WHEREAS, the efforts, time and leadership exhibited by Mr. Rubin
have contributed to the growth and development of this area; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rubin was reappointed to the Off -Street Parking Board
on October 25, 1973 by Off -Street Parking Board Resolution No.73-476; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Miami that
this reappointment be confirmed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The reappointment of Arnold Rubin to the Off -Street
Parking Board of the City of Miami, Florida, for a five-year term from
December 2, 1973 to December 2, 1978, is hereby confirmed, pursuant to Section
23-A.1 of the City of Miami Charter.

A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING ARNOLD RUBIN TO THE OFF-STREET
PARKING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND RECOMMENDING TO
THE CITY COMMISSION THAT THIS REAPPOINTMENT BE CONFIRMED
WHEREAS, Mr. Arnold Rubin's term of office es a member of the
Off -Street Parking Board of the City of Miami will expire on December 2,
1973; and
WHEREAS, a member shall be named and appointed by the remaining
members of the Board, subject to confirmation by the City Commission, for
a term of five years; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Miami that
Arnold Rubin be reappointed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OFF-STREET PARKING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Arnold Rubin is hereby reappointed as a member of the
Off -Street Parking Board of the City of Miami, Florida, pursuant to
Section 23-A.1 of the City of Miami Charter, for a term of five years which
will expire on December 2, 1978.
Section 2. The Board hereby recommends to the City Commission that
the reappointment of Arnold Rubin be confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of October, 1973.
