A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE N. E.
2ND COURT EXTENDING NORTH APPROXIMATELY
250' FROM N. E. 13TH STREET, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #887 - "BOULEVARD
TRACT", SUBJECT TO RELOCATION, ALTERATION
OR INSTALLATION OF ANY UTILITIES AND EASE-
MENTS, AND SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL
PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on September 24, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 7 to 1 vote its Resolution No.
73-201, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning
and discontinuing for public use N. E. 2nd Court extending
north approximately 250' from N. E. 13th Street, as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSLON
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That N. E. 2nd Court extending north
approximately 250' from N. E. 13th Street, in accordance with
Tentative Plat #887 - "BOULEVARD TRACT" , subject to relocation,
alteration or installation of any utilities and easements,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and
discontinued for public use, subject to recording formal plat.
