E. 1ST AVENUE, MIAMI (B-41), SITE ZONED C-5 (LIBERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATIC RENEWALS YEARLY OF SAID WAIVER. WHEREAS, at its meeting on September 23, 1973, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami passed and adopted by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-199 recommending granting a waiver of development of 10 of 12 required off-street parking spaces as per Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 2(6), as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the waiver of development of 10 of 12 required off-street parking spaces for a period of one (1) year from date of issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, as provided by Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 2(6), in conjunction with construction of proposed addition to "Camillus House", on S 50' Lots 1 and 2 and all INDEX AO PI COMS1I • 1 OCT 2t 1973 nsouniet, KIA.4...$741 I 36 of Lot 3, Block 43N, located at 728 N. E. 1st Avenue MIAMI (B-41), site zoned C-5 (Liberal Commercial) District, be and the same is hereby granted. Section 2. The waiving of development of 10 of 12 required off-street parking spaces located at the real property described in Section 1 above is automatically renewed for one-year periods until such time as the City Commission of the City of Miami shall rescind its waiver of 10 of 12 required off-street parking spaces granted herein.
