A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 73-775 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4366 IN TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4366.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of September 26,
1973, Resolution No. 73-775 was passed which ordered a high-
way improvement identified as TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4366; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due notice, a public hearing was
held before the City Commission on October 25, 1973 as to
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 73-775, which
ordered TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said high-
way improvement were sustained by the Commission, it is there-
fore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 73-775 dated Sept-
ember 26, 1973 which ordered TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4366, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to
advertise for sealed bids for the construction of TRAIL VIEW
