A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED OCTOBER 19,
1973 OF J.H. GRESHAM, INC. IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $ 17,485 FOR THE WYNDWOOD
PARK - SPORTS:. LIGHTING - 1973; ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT
OF $ 19,583. FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED"PUBLIC
PARKS & RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUND" AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
THEREFOR
WHEREAS, bids were received October 19, 1973 for the
WYNDWOOD PARK - SPORTS LIGHTING - 1973; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $ 19,583 are available
for allocation from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recrea-
tional Facilities Bond Fund"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
J. H. Gresham, Inc. in the amount of $ 17,485 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded
to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI,. FLORIDA;
Section 1. That the bid of J. H. Gresham, Inc. received
October 19, 1973 for WYNDWOOD PARK - SPORTS LIGHTING - 1973, namely
Total Bid of Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total estimated
cost of $ 17,485 be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $ 19,583 be allocated
from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund".
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami
for the WYNDWOOD PARK - SPORTS LIGHTING
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 S
