AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 30-28
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CODE By ADDING
A NEW CATEGORY SUPPER CLUBS, AND
ESTABLISHING THE FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF A SUPPER CLUB LICENSE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a new category SUPPER CLUBS
is added to Section 30•-28 of the City of Miami Code
to read as follows:
SUPPER CLUBS
(Supper Clubs meeting the require-
ments of Section 3-8 of the City
of Miami Code and applicable zoning
requirements) $ 1,265.00
