A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED CON-
STRUCTION OF INTERCOUNTY CONSTRUCTION CORP.
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EAST PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER) IN EAST PINEMOUNT SANI-
TARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352-C
(CENTERLINE SEWER); AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $94,440.04.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 25, 1972
between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction Corp.
for the construction of EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IM-
PROVEMENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Intercounty Construction Corp. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc. have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Com-
mission on October 19th,1973 to hear any objections to the
completed improvements and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Inter -
county Construction Corp. under contract dated July 25, 1972

for the construction of EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer) in EAST PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5352-C (centerline
sewer) be and the same is hereby accepted at a total cost
of $925,077.09.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Intercounty
Construction Corp. a balance of $94,440.04 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the contract for EAST PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5352-C (centerline sewer).
