A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICIAL
VACATION AND CLOSURE OF THE NORTH -SOUTH
ALLEY IN BLOCK 1, SUMMIT PARK (1-110) ,
THE DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO
THE PARK, AND N. W. 8TH COURT BETWEEN
N. W. 17TH AND 18TH STREETS, ALL IN
ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #885 -
"JACKSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT
SUBDIVISION NO.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on September 10, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
73-183, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning
and discontinuing for public use the dedicated right-of-way
adjacent to the park, and N. W. 8th Court between N. W. 17th
and 18th Streets, as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the north -south alley, in Block 1,
SUMMIT PARK (1-110), the dedicated right-of-way adjacent to the
park, and N. W. 8th Court between N. W. l7th and 18th Streets,
all in accordance with Tentative Plat #885 - "JACKSON MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION NO. 1", subject to relocation,
alteration or installation of any utilities and easements,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and
discontinued for public use, subject to recording formal plat.
