"" iey A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL USE", AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XV, SECTION 2(8)(a), TO PERMIT A 30 CAR PARKING GARAGE WITHIN THE PROPOSED CHURCH STRUCTURE ON LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 80N, MIAMI (B-41), LOCATED AT N.W. CORNER OF N. E. 4TH STREET AND BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, SUBJECT TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN, SITE ZONED C-3 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Miami, at its meeting on September 24, 1973, passed and adopted by an 8 to 0 vote its Resolution No. 73-197, recommending granting a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), as hereinafter set forth; and this Commission deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious to the character or the development of the immediate neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application for a "conditional use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XV, Section 2(8)(a), to permit a 30 car parking garage within the proposed church structure on Lots 18 and 19, Block 80N, MIAMI (B-41), located at N. W. corner of N. This conditional use shall become null and void unless the use is commenced within six months of the effective date of this Resolution. Upon application, the City Manager may, after review and determination that substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant in terms of project planning, extend the expiration date of the conditional use for an additional period of time not to exceed one (1) year. Said extension request shall be filed with the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the expiration date of the initial six (6) months effective period of the conditional use.
