RESOLUTION NO. Fr
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY HOLLAND PAVING CO . , INC . ,
AT A TOTAL COST OF $58,865.00, AND AUTHOR-
IZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $5,886.50 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE PROJECT A-3.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 23, 1973
between the City of Miami and Holland Paving Co., Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Holland Paving Co., Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc. have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made tto the
Contractor;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Holland
Paving Co., Inc. for the construction of DRAINAGE PROJECT A-3,
at a total cost of $58,865.00, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Holland Paving Co.,
Inc., a balance of $5,886.50 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with
the construction of DRAINAGE PROJECT A-3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this f day of 66Td Qom, 1973.
