A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK OF D.M.P. CORPORATION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF MARTIN LUTHER KING
BOULEVARD STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT -
1973 AT A TOTAL COST OF $127,488.21.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 3,
1973 between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc., have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
D.M.P. Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by
D.M.P. Corporation under contract dated May 13, 1973 for
the construction of MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD STORM
DRAINAGE PROJECT - 1973 be accepted at a total cost of
$127,488.21.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and
directed to pay D.M.P. Corporation a balance of $13,544.21
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with the contract for the
construction of MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD STORM DRAINAGE
PROJECT - 1973. 1 CITY CONV,PS
