A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-370
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DI-
RECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR
FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER PUBLIC LAW 92-500
CONSTRUCTION GRANTS PROGRAM" TO CHANGE THE
NAME OF THE CITY MANAGER FROM M. L. REESE
TO P. W. ANDREWS.
WHEREAS, effective 5:00 F.M. August 17, 1973, M. L.
Reese retired as City Manager and pursuant to Resolution No.
73-570, P. W. Andrews was appointed and elected City Manager
of the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73-370 relating to GLENROYAL
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT referred to M. L. Reese as City
Manager, and it is necessary to amend said Resolution to show
P. W. Andrews as City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 73-370 entitled "A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSIST-
ANCE UNDER PUBLIC LAW 92-500 CONSTRUCTION GRANTS PROGRAM", be
and the same is hereby amended in Sections 1 and 2 by deleting
the name M. L. Reese and inserting the name P. W. Andrews.
