RESOLUTION NO. .2eA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK OF INTERCOUNTY CONSTRUCTION CORP.
FOR THE CONSTRUCTIONS OF THE LIBERTY
SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN AND PUMP
STATION (PUMP STATION) AT A TOTAL COST
OF $237,300; AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $24,000.00.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 19, 1972
between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction Corp.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Intercounty Construction Corp. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to Inter -
county Construction Corp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Inter -
county Construction Corp. under contract dated April 19, 1972 for
the LIBERTY SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN AND PUMP STATION (PUMP
STATION) be accepted at a total cost of $237;300.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Intercounty Construction
Corp. a balance of $24,000.00 as full and final payment for all
work performed and all materials furnished in connection with the
