RESOLUTION NO. r/�,,,i/"1 07 A RESOLUTION ORDERING S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H#-4369 AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE" FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4369; AND ALLOCAT- ING THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 FROM THE HIGHWAY BOND FUND FOR PRELIMINARY EXPENSE. WHEREAS, the property in the Coral Way area between S. W. 27 and S. W. 32 Avenues has developed rapidly as an office, restaurant and shopping area, and WHEREAS, there is a need to renovate the side parkway areas by providing pavement, gutters and curbing, landscap- ing and drainage facilities, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A local improvement described as S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4369 is hereby ordered under Section 56 of the Charter of the City of Miami as amended, located on Coral Way (S.W. 22 Street) between S.W. 27 and S.W. 32 Avenues. Section 2. This improvement shall include clearing and grading, construction of asphaltic concrete pavement consisting of 8 inch limerock base and a 1 inch asphalt surface course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete valley gutter, concrete curb, construction of 4 inch concrete side- walk at intersections and 6 inch concrete sidewalks at drive- ways, drainage facilities and landscaping of the side park- way as specified and described in the Standard City of • ©cT 9 f ITEM f4 0. y: J RLUj]u:t REMARKS:... .1 `T Miami Specifications for Public Wotks firojeCta. Section 3. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings and assessments as S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4369 and the property against which special assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as S.W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4369.
