A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT TO ST.
DOMINIC'S CHURCH FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES ON THE PARISH GROUNDS
LOCATED AT 5909 N. W. 7TH STREET, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THEIR ANNUAL FESTIVAL ON NOVEMBER 2, 3 AND 4, 1973, SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a permit be, and it is hereby, authorized to be
issued to St. Dominic's Church for amusement rides on the parish grounds
located at 5909 N. W. 7th Street,.in conjunction with their annual
festival on November 2, 3 and 4, 1973, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
1. The operators of the amusementsrides shall
obtain the necessary licenses, permits and Certificate of
Use.
2. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the premises.
3. Small tents shall be permitted only to carry on
ride activities.
4. The operators of the amusement rides will provide
sanitary facilities for both male and female patrons.
5. The operators and employees of the rides will not
domicile on the property.
6. The City of Miami Police Department will be contacted
and the number of off -duty policemen: that the Department feels are
necessary to direct traffic and provide for security will be employed.
