A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZXNG THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO d'. F. BROSSIER WITHOUT
TRU ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE SUM OF
$582.21 IN FULL ANI) COMPLETE SETTLEMENT
OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY
OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A RELEASE
RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, J. F. BROSSIER filed a claim against the City
of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $582.21 on or
about September 30, 1972 when a broken City Sewer blocked the
sewer lateral for Mr. Brossier's property at 1240 Northwest
4th Street, in the City of Miami, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim
be settled for the sum of $582.21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to J. F. BROSSIER without the admission
of liability, the sum of $582.21 in full and complete settlement
of all claims and demands against the City of Miami, upon the
execution of a release releasing the City of Miami from all claims
and demands.
