RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RE-
CEIVED SEPTEMBER 26, 1973 OF FENCE
MASTERS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OP
$6.76 • ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF
OM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED
L/C PARKS & RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES BOND FUND"; AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received September 26, 1973
for the MORNINGSIDE PARK POOL - SECURITY FENCING -
1973.
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $6,764 are
available for allocation from the account entitled
"Public Parks & Recreational Facilities Bond Fund".
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the
bid of Fence Masters, Inc. in the amount of $6,764
is the lowest bid and recommends that contract be
awarded to said company.
NOR THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Fence Masters, Inc.
received September 26, 1973 for the MORNINGSIDE PARK
POOL - SECURITY FENCING - 1973, namely Base Bid of
Proposal, based on lump sum bid, at a total cost of
$6,764 be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $6,764 be allocated
from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recreational
Facilities Bond Fund".
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized
and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the
City of Miami for the MORNINGSIDE PARK POOL - SECURITY
FENCING - 1973.
