A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 'Mt CITY MANAGER TO
DEVELOP AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INTERNATIONAL
OCEANOGRAPHIC ''OUNDATION AND THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR
THE UTILIZATION OF 100 PARKING SPACES AT THE MARINE
STADIUM, THEREBY SUPPLEMENTING THE PARKING REQUIRE-
MENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL OCEANOGRAPHIC FOUNDATION
IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INTERNATIONAL OCEANO-
GRAPHIC OCEAN SPACE CENTER MUSEUM ADJACENT TO THE
MARINE STADIUM; FURTHER. DIRECTING THAT SUCH AGREE-
MENT BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COMMISSION FOR THEIR
REVIEW AND RATIFICATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITYOF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager be authorized to develop an agreement
between the International Oceanographic Foundation and the City of Miami for
the utilization -cif 100 parking spaces at the Marine Stadium, thereby supplement-
ing the parking requirements of the International Oceanographic Foundation in
the development of their International Oceanographic Ocean Space Center Museum
adjacent to the Marine Stadium is hereby confirmed.
Section 2. That the City Manager is further directed to submit such
agreement to the City Commission for their review and ratification.
