A RESOLUi'ION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, TO PUBLISH THE REQUIRE! NOTICES,
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 8195, PASSED AND
ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 4, 1973, ARTICLE IV, SECTION
62-18, FOR THE APPOINTMENT BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF MEMBERS TO MEMBERSHIP ON THE PLANNING ADVISORY
BOARD AND THE ZONING BOARD FOR THE CITY COMMISSION
MEETING TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 13, 1973.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 8195, passed and
adopted on October 4, 1973, notice is required to be
published in a newspaper thirty (30) days prior to the
making of an appointment of the members of the Planning
Advisory Board and the Zoning Board by the City Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and the City Clerk of
the City of Miami be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to publish the required notices pursuant to
Ordinance No. 8195, passed and adopted on October 4, 1973,
Article IV, Section 62-18, for the appointment by the City
Commission of members to membership on the Planning Advisory
Board and the Zoning Board for the City Commission meeting
to be held on December 13, 1973.
