RESOLUTION NO. 73-757
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO PAY DR. ERNEST BARTLEY THE SUM OF
$600.00 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
FOR THE CONTINUATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE NEW PLANNING AND ZONING PROCESS
WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of
Miami be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay
to Dr. Ernest Bartley the sum of $600.00 from the contingency
fund of the City of Miami for consulting services for the
continuation and implementation of the new planning and
zoning process within the City of Miami.
