A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
'ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HILLSIDE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5350 C (CENTERLINE SEWER) IN
HILLSIDE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5350 C (CENTERLINE SEWER), AND REMOVING ALL
PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT CERTIFIED
HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida met
on the 26th day of September, 1973 pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended,
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the
preliminary assessment roll for the cost of Hillside Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-5350 C (centerline sewer) on the following street:
and
N.W. Miami Court from N.W. 75 Street to
F.E.C. Spur Line
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or
affected by said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and
said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in
accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Charter of
the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned
and indicated in the preliminary assessment roll for HILLSIDE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5350 C (centerline sewer) in HILLSIDE
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5350 C (centerline sewer)
be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.

Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each
of tho lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment

such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the
