A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE THE
NORTHEAST -SOUTHWEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS
35, 58 AND 59, BLOCK 2, POINT VIEW AMD
(2-93), LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1440
SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TENTATIVE PLAT #878-A, "BELLA BAHIA
SUBDIVISION", SUBJECT TO RECORDING FORMAL
PLAT.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on July 23, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 7 to 0 vote its Resolution No.
73-169, recommending the closing, vacating, abandoning
and discontinuing for public use the northeast -southwest
alley between Lots 35, 58 and 59, Block 2, POINT VIEW
AMD (2-93) , as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the northeast -southwest alley
between Lots 35, 58 and 59, Block 2, POINT VIEW AMD (2-93),
located at approximately 1440 South Bayshore Drive, all in
accordance with Tentative Plat #878-A, "BELLA BAHIA
SUBDIVISION", be and the same is hereby closed, vacated,
abandoned and discontinued for public use, subject to
recording formal plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this424 day of JO/h l E€.,197 3 .
