A RESOLUTION PROVIDING THAT THE CITY MANAGER
SHALL BE ENTITLED TO A VACATION IN THE AMOUNT
CF 30 WORKING DAYS PER ANNUM, ANY UNUSED PORTION
OF WHICH SHALL BE CUMULATIVE, AND PROVIDED THAT
THE CITY MANAGER SHALL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE HIS
PRESENT ENTITLEMENT TO SICK LEAVE TIME, BUT THAT
SUCH SICK LEAVE TIME MAY NOT BE ADDED TO HIS VACA-
TION TIME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager shall be entitled to a vacation in
in the amount of 30 working days per annum, any unused portion of which
shall b,e cumulative.
Section 2. The City Manager shall continue to receive his present
entitlement to sick leave time, but such time may not be added to his vacation
time.
