A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT AS A COMPLETED.
CONTRACT THE WORK PERFORMED BY DELTA
PAINTING CORP. AT A TOTAL COST OF
$17,611 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $4,237.90 FOR THE ORANGE
BOWL - PRESS BOX WATERPROOFING -
1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 2,
1973 between the City of Miami and Delta Painting
Corp.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily
completed and Delta Painting Corp. has furnished
the required documents certifying that all bills
for labor, materials, etc., have been paid in full
in connection with the aforesaid contract.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works
recommends that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CCMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The work performed by Delta Painting
Corp. for the ORANGE BOWL - PRESS BOX WATERPROOFING -
1973 at a total cost of $17,611, be and the same is
hereby accepted as a completed contract.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The
City of Miami be authorized and directed to pay Delta.
Painting Corp. a balance of $4,237.90 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the ORANGE BOWL --PRESS BOX WATER-
PROOFING - 1973.
