A RESOLUTION ORDERING TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4366 AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICHI SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST
THEREOF AS TRAIT. VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4366; AND ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT
OF $3,000.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY BOND FUND FOR
PRELIMINARY EXPENSE.
WHEREAS, the area in the vicinity of S. W. 9 Street,
S. W. 10 Street and S. W. 11 Street between S. W. 4 Avenue and
S. W. 8 Avenue has developed rapidly as a multi -family resi-
dential area; and
WHEREAS, increased traffic circulation and on -street
parking on many streets have resulted in deteriorated pavement
conditions and eroded side parkway areas; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to rebuild some of the existing
streets, redevelop others in the area and to provide concrete gut-
ters and curbing for vehicular and pedestrian safety, with proper
drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a local Improvement described as TRAIL
VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366 shall be made under Section 56 of
the Charter of The City of Miami as amended, located as follows:
S. W. 9 Street (between S.W. 4 Avenue and S.W. 8 Avenue)
S. W. 10 Street (between S.W. 4 Avenue and S.W. 8 Avenue)
S. W. 11 Street (between S.W. 4 Avenue and S.W. 8 Avenue)
S. W. 5 Avenue (between S.W. 8 Street and S.W. 11 Street)
S. W. 6 Avenue (between S.W. 8 Street and S.W. 11 Street)
S. W. 7 Avenue (between S.W. 8 Street and S.W. 11 Street)
S. W. 8 Avenue (between S.W. 8 Street and S.W. 11 Street)

Section 2. This Improvement shall include clearing
and grading of the street right-of-way, constructionof asphaltic
concrete pavement consisting of 8-inch limerock base and a 1-inch
thick Type I asphaltic concrete surface course. It will also in-
clude necessary intersections, returns, concrete gutter and curb-
ing, drainage facilities and landscaping.
Section 3. This Improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366
and the property against which special assessments shall be made for
a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder shall be designated as
TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4366.
Section 4. The sum of $3,000.00 is allocated from the
Highway Bond Fund for preliminary expense.
