A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM ROMANINO
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. A CANCEL-
LATION OF COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE
LAND WHICH CANCELS THAT CERTAIN COV-
ENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND DATED
SEPTEMBER 19, 1962; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID CANCELLATION
OF COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND;
AND DIRECTING THAT SAID CANCELLATION
OF COVENANT BE FILED IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, A
COPY OF SAID CANCELLATION OF COVENANT
BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF.

WHEREAS, I.S.P. Land, Inc., on September 19, 1962,
executed a Covenant To Run With The Land, said covenant
having been recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
in Official Records Book 3482, Page 1, under Clerk's File
No. 63R-4780.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Covenant related to certain
subdivision improvements that were required at I.S.P. LAND
according to the provisions of Chapter 60, Section 60-8,
City of Miami Code, Series of 1957, said plat of I.S.P.
LAND having been recorded in Plat Book 75, at Page 85, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
WHEREAS, all of the required improvements except
parkway landscaping have been completed by the present owner
Romanino Construction Company, Inc.
WHEREAS, the streets abutting the plat of I.S.P. LAND
have been fully improved according to primary highway standards
that are required in areas zoned for business or multiple
family use. According to this type of design, there are no
areas provided for landscaping. Therefore, the provisions of
the aforementioned Covenant requiring parkway landscaping
will be waived.
WHEREAS, it is in order for the City to accept
the cancellation of the aforesaid Covenant To Run With
The Land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the CANCELLATION OF COVENANT
TO RUN WITH THE LAND from Romanino Construction Company,
Inc., dated August 29, 1973, cancelling that certain
Covenant To Run With The Land dated September 19, 1962,
filed January 9, 1963, and recorded in Official Records.
Book 3482, Page 1, Clerk's File No. 63R-4780, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida be, and the same
is hereby, accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the CANCELLATION OF COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE
LAND dated August 29, 1973, a copy of said CANCELLATION
OF COVENANT being attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. That the proper official of the City of
Miami be, and that he is hereby, directed to file in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, the CANCELLATION
OF COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND dated August 29, 1973.
