RESOLUTION NO. Al'. 7 7
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND APPOINTING PAUL S.
WALKER TO A FOUR-YEAR TERM AS BOARD MEMBER OF
THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
pF MIAMI, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1973.
WHEREAS, City of Miami Ordinance No. 7370, as amended,
provides that the Downtown Development Authority of the City
of Miami shall nominate a successor to any vacancy which may
occur, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that the nomination of the
Downtown Development Authority be submitted to the City Commission
for confirmation and appointment, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Board of said Downtown
Development Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Downtown Development Authority has nominated
Paul S. Walker to a four-year term, as a member of the Downtown
Development Authority of the City of Miami, effective July 1, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the nomination of Paul S. Walker as Board
Member of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami,
be, and the same is hereby confirmed
Section 2. That Paul S. Walker is hereby appointed to a
four-year term as Board Member of the Downtown Development Authority
of the City of Miami.
