A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
OFFER FOR SALE TO THE HIGHEST AND BEST
BIDDER AFTER NOTICE THEREOF IS PUBLISHED
ONCE A WEEK FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN
A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS: EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK
5, KENWOOD, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DA DE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 6,
AT PAGE 134.

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the below
described real property is not needed for municipal use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Clerk of the City of
Miami be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to offer
for sale to the highest and best bidder, after notice
thereof is published once a week for at least two weeks in
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami the
following described real property:
East 15 feet of Lot 3, Block 5,
KENWOOD, recorded in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
in Plat Book 6, at Page 134.
Said advertisement is to call for bids for the
purchase of the above described real property and specify
the terms of purchase.
