RESOLUTION NO. 731.790
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID
RECEIVED SEPTEMBER 11, 1973 FOR
GENERAL DRAINAGE PROJECT G-1
OF D.M.P. CORPORATION IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $93,125.;
ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $104,300
FROM THE "STORM SEWER BOND FUND"
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received September 11, 1973
for the GENERAL DRAINAGE PROJECT G-1.
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $104,300
are available for allocation from the account en-
titled "Storm Sewer Bond Fund".
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the
bid of D.M.P. Corporation in the amount of $93,125
is the lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that
contract be awarded to said company.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of D.M.P. Corporation
received September 11, 1973 for GENERAL DRAINAGE
PROJECT G-1, namely Base Bid of Proposal, based on
unit prices, at a total estimated cost of $93,125 be
accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $104,300 be allocated
from the account entitled "Storm Sewer Bond Fund".
Section 3. That the City Manager be authorized
and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of
the City of Miami for the construction of GENERAL
DRAINAGE PROJECT G-1.
