A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH GROVE KEY MARINA, INC. FOR
THE TOWING AND STORAGE OF VESSELS TAKEN INTO THE
POSSESSION OF THE CITY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS
OF ORDINANCE NO. 8133 (JANUARY 25, 1973).
WHEREAS, bids were requested for the purpose of
accomplishing the removal of vessels from unauthorized
areas as delineated in Ordinance No. 8133 (January 25, 1973),
and
WHEREAS, the only bid received pursuant to said re-
quest was from Grove Key Marina, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Grove :ty Marina, Inc. for the
towing and storage of vessels taken into the possession of
the City pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 8133
(January 25, 1973).
