A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ARCHITECTURAL FIRM
OF PANCOAST ARCHITECTS AS THE COMMISSION'S
NUMBER ONE CHOICE FOR NEGOTIATION WITH THE CITY
MANAGER FOR THE DESIGN OF POLICE FACILITIES TO
BE DEVELOPED ON PROPERTY BEING ACQUIRED IN THE
DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
That the architectural firm of Pancoast Architects be
and the same is hereby designated as the Commission's number
one choice for negotiation with the City Manager for the
design of police facilities to be developed on property being
acquired in the Downtown Government Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September,1973.
