CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED ("CITY CODE"), UPON THE CITY
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION, THREE MILLION AND 00/100 DOLLARS
($3,000,000.00) FROM THE PUBLIC BENEFITS TRUST FUND, ACCOUNT NO. 10095,
WITH ONE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS
($1,500,000.00) SET ASIDE FOR DISTRICT 1, AND ONE MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($1,500,000.00) SET ASIDE FOR DISTRICT 5
WITH FUTURE ALLOCATIONS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND OR
THE PARKS AND OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND AND FUTURE APPROPRIATIONS
FOR PROJECTS IN DISTRICT 1 AND DISTRICT 5 ACCORDINGLY.
Notes: Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
