A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED SEPTEMBER 11,
1973 OF HENRY DEGRAFF & SON, INC. IN THE ESTIMATED
AMOUNT OF $31,189 FOR THE CITY PARKS BUILDINGS -
DOOR AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT - 1973; ALLOCATING THE
AMOUNT OF $34,932 FROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS"; AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received September 11, 1973 for the
CITY PARKS BUILDINGS - DOOR AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT - 1973; and
WHEREAS, the City r.anager reports that the bid of Henry
DeGraff & Son, Inc. in the estimated amount of $31,189 is the
lowest bid (acceptable) and recommends that contract be awarded
to said company; and
WHEREAS, funds to cover the cost of this project are
available from the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund
Unallocated Funds";
NOW, THEREFORE E,E IT RECOLVE D EY T}iE C0 `I.`ISSIOI, OF THE
CITY OF I�IA;.I , FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the bid of Henry DeGraff & Son, Inc.
received September 11, 1973 for CITY PARKS BUILDINGS - DOOR AND
WINDOW REPLACEMENT - 1973, namely Bids A, E, & C of Proposal,
less tie offered discount of $200 based on lump sum bid, at a
total estimated cost of $31,189 be accepted.
Section 2. That the amount of $34,932 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated Funds"
account to cover the cost of the project entitled CITY PARKS
BUILDINGS - DOOR AND WINDWt', REPLACEMENT - 1973.
Section 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract in behalf of
