A RESOLUTION AWARDING 3IDS RECEIVED MAY 18,
1973 FOR PURCHASE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT REPLACE-
MENTS FROM FUNDS AVAILABLE IN THE DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC PROPERTIES CITY GARAGE REPLACEMENT
RESERVE ACCOUNTS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS
THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City Manager and
City Clerk on May 18, 1973 for purchase of heavy equipment
replacements from funds available in the Department of Public
Properties City Garage Replacement Reserve Accounts; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the following
bids are the best acceptable bids and recommends that said
itemized below bids be accepted, and the Department of Public
Properties concurs with this recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following bids, itemized below,
for purchase of heavy equipment replacements from funds
available in the Department of Public Properties City Garage
Replacement Reserve Accounts, be and the same are hereby
accepted as follows:
(1) Item HE-73-18 for Two (2) One -Ton Rollers
M. D. Moody & Sons, Inc.
