FOR FURNISHING BASE RADIO STATION RECEIVING AND CONTROL EQUIP- MENT, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST HAVING -DE- TERMINED THAT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
