RESOLUTION NO. 73- ege
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID, RECEIVED
MAY 18, 1973 OF CUSTOM HYDRAULICS, INC.
IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $3,750.00 FOR
ONE SELF-PROPELLED HYDRAULIC POWER SUPPLY
UNIT; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS RE-
QUIRED, AFTER FIRST HAVING DETERMINED THAT
FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

WHEREAS, bids were received on May 18, 1973 by the Depart-
ment of Public Properties for the purchase of one self-propelled
hydraulic power supply unit; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the 1972-73 Budget of the
Department of Public Properties City Garage Replacement Reserve
Account; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Custom
Hydraulics, Inc., in the amount of $3,750.00 is the only bid, and
it is acceptable and recommends that purchase order be issued to
said Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Custom Hydraulics, Inc. re-
ceived May 18, 1973 in the amount of $3,750.00 for one self-propelled
hydraulic power unit, namely Item H.E. 73-30 of the Proposal, be and
the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing Agent of the City
of Miami to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $3,750.00 for the
purchase of said equipment.
