A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE
CITY MANAGER IN APPROVING THE REPAIR OF A P & H ELECTRIC
50 H.P. MOTOR FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT BY WESTINGHOUSE
ELECTRIC CORP. AT A COST OF $1,750.00, WITHOUT COMPETITIVE
BIDDING, AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the action taken by the City Manager in approving
the repair of a P & H electric 50 H.P. motor for the Sanitation
Department by Westinghouse Electric Corp. at a cost of $1,750.00,
without competitive bidding, as an emergency measure, be, and the
same is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
