A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $1,824 FROM THE PARKS
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BOND FUND TO COVER THE
$1,000 COST FOR APPRAISAL OF THE 46 W. FLAGLER STREET
PROPERTY BY LEONARD DISZ, AS AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 73-546, AND THE $824.00 COST FOR SURTAX, DOCUMENTARY
STAMPS AND RECORDATION OF THE DEED CONVEYING SAID PROPERTY
TO THE CITY OF MIAMI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,824 is hereby allocated from the
Parks and Recreational Facilities Bond Fund to cover the $1,000 cost
for appraisal of the 46 W. Flagler Street property by Leonard Bisz,
as authorized by Resolution No. 73-546, and the $824.00 cost for
surtax, documentary stamps and recordation of the deed conveying
said property to the City of Miami.
