RESOLUTION NO. 73 - 490

A RESOLUTION DENYING CERTAIN CLAIMS
AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
DEFEND ANY SUIT BROUGHT FOR THE
RECOVERY OF DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
SAID CLAIMS.
WHEREAS, claims have been filed against THE CITY OF
MIAMI for personal injuries and/or property damage by the claim-
ants listed in Section 1 of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receiving notices of claim, said matters
were investigated by the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami has
been fully advised by the City Attorney relative to said claims;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
