RESOLUTION NO. 73-- Icif
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY ANCHOR POST PRODUCTS
INC. OF FLORIDA AT A TOTAL COST OF
5,800.00 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAY-
MENT OF $580.00 FOR THE MUNICIPAL SHOPS
AND INCINERATOR PARKING LOTS - FENCING -
1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract, dated April 26, 1973,
between the City of Miami and Anchor Post Products, Inc. of
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Anchor Post Products Inc. of Florida has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc.,
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed by Anchor
Post Products Inc. of Florida for the MUNICIPAL SHOPS AND INCINERATOR
PARKING LOTS - FENDING - 1973 at a total cost of $5,800.00 be accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of Miami
be authorized and directed to pay Anchor Post Products Inc. of Florida
a balance of $580.00 as full and final payment for all work performed
