A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED TO METROPOLITAN DADE
COUNTY ALLOWING METROPOLITAN DADE COUNTY
TO PURCHASE FOR A PRICE OF $4,583.89,
WHICH IS BASED ON THE ORIGINAL ACQUISITION
PRICE PER ACRE, THE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
ON THE EAST SIDE OF N.W. 12TH AVENUE BETWEEN
N.W. 14TH STREET AND STATE ROAD 836.
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Dade County wishes to
improve the property on the east side of N. W. 12th Avenue
between N. W. 14th Street and State Road 836 as a paved
parking area; and
WHEREAS, in order to do this, it is necessary
for the County to purchase from the City of Miami its
contiguous property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a deed to Metropolitan Dade County allowing
Metropolitan Dade County to purchase for a price of
$4,583.89, which is based on the original acquisition
price per acre, the following described real property:

Commence at the Northwest corner of
the SE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 53
South, Range 41 East, Dade County,
Florida; thence run N 890 56'35" E
along the North line of the SE 1/4
of said Section 35 for a distance of
50.00 feet of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 35 for a distance of 445.31
feet; thence run N 890 56'35" E for
a distance of 16.77 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the following described
parcel; thence continue on the last
described course for a distance of 429.•21
feet to a point of interst_`ion with the
Northerly right of way line of State
Road No. 836 as said State Road 836 is
shown on the right of way map recorded
in Plat Book 81 at Page 73 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida; thence
run S 750 46'48" W along the Northerly
right of way line of said State Road 836
for a distance of 27.22 feet; thence run
S 730 49'20" W for a distance of 369.22
feet to a point of curvature of a circular
curve to the right; thence run Southwesterly
to Northwesterly along the arc of said
circular curve to the right having a radius
of 20.00 feet through a central angle of
920 23'27" for an arc distance of 32.25
feet; thence run N 130 47'03" W for a
distance of 97.50 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
